🍼 Breast milk or formula (HiPP) remains Ryan's main nutrition at 6 months. Offer milk feeds first, then solids about 30-60 min after. Aim for 500-700ml of milk per day.
🍽 Portions: start with 1-3 tablespoons per meal. Let Ryan guide how much he eats — never force. All purées should be completely smooth at this stage.
